Zamora Homemade is a synonym for enjoying homemade food.
Zamora is a region in South America where time has stopped. People there enjoy a way of life with family traditions such as passing on recipes, using natural ingredients and enjoying homemade food.
Zamora Homemade was born in beautiful Queenstown in 2010. Our South American and European heritage reflects in the flavours we offer. We have brought with us the passion for food, family recipes and years of experience. We love experimenting and developing those traditional recipes as well as creating new ones.
Zamora Homemade combines traditional South American and European recipes and techniques with fine New Zealand ingredients to offer innovative, superior quality processed meats with exciting tastes and plenty of variety.
Chorizos are part of our South American eating culture. Our exciting flavours combined with superior New Zealand meats create outstanding qualtity. Zamora only use the leg of the pork as main cut, the results are easy to taste.

Something different - pickled aubergine (or eggplant if you prefer). The aubergine pieces absorb the flavour of the oil marinade in which they are soaked. The aubergine has a rich and addictive flavour.

Welcome South America to your home! This is probably one of the most popular marinades in South America. It will add flavour and tenderise all types of meat. It is great for all types of cooking, including barbeques. A combination of spices and herbs creates this unique flavour.

Food Stall
You will meet us at various events throughout the Queenstown region. At events we sell a variety of cooked sausages and burgers. We also offer fresh products at our food stall (e.g. half kilo packages with Chorizo Sausages). Come and try our style of food!
Zamora is every summer at the Farmers Market in Queenstown. A great experience that made us believe in our product due to constant excellent feedback. We will return to the market for the summer season 2011 / 2012.
