Our Spanish Chorizo is a bold expression of flavour, made from a premium blend of beef and pork and crafted into a traditional, thick-cut salami of around 6 cm in diameter once dry. Naturally fermented under carefully controlled conditions to guarantee the highest standards of food safety, it is generously seasoned with smoked paprika, giving it its deep red colour and unmistakable Spanish character. Drier in texture and rich in aroma, this artisanal chorizo is perfect for slicing thin and enjoying on antipasto platters, cheese boards, or simply as a centrepiece of authentic tapas.
