Our Chorizo Criollo is inspired by Argentina’s most traditional sausage, crafted in New Zealand with a premium blend of beef and pork and filled in natural hog casing. Seasoned with oregano and garlic, it delivers a rustic, savoury flavour that captures the essence of the Argentine parrilla. Gluten-free and dairy-free, it’s perfect for grilling, slow cooking, or enjoying simply with good bread and chimichurri.
